To encourage authors to submit their best work to the conference and to reduce unnecessary burden
on the reviewers, we limit each individual to submit as author or co-author on no more than 8 papers.
In the event that an individual submits more than 8 papers, the first 8 valid submissions (based on
the order of paperregistration) from that author will be accepted into the review process and the
remainder will be rejected without review.
Length and Formatting Requirements
Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length limit of 4
printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices. Please download
the Template.docx here and format your paper. The paper must print clearly and legibly,
including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.
Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be
considered. Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length
limit of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices. All submitted paper
s will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing, where the
identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. Paper submission: Electronic Submission
All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind
reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. As an author, you
are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the
reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Common sense and
careful writing will go a long way towards preserving anonymity.
Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policies will be rejected without review.
